View fullsize Rather than lay out these items out formally we suggested framing them with an ‘open suitcase’ feel as this was to be a surprise presentation for the client’s son having returned from his student travels overseas. Random!

View fullsize Oliver brought this to me as a surprise Christmas present for his Dad. It once belonged to his Grandfather. We made use of a box frame and double mount border and finished it off with our invisible glass.
View fullsize One of our most challenging and complicated framing jobs ever. This arrangement of sprinkler heads and parts is now on display at my client’s company reception area. Each one of the holding chambers is of a different depth to the others.

View fullsize A pair of hand made vampire baseball bats. We hand painted the inner mount in solid red and chose a black lined box frame to diplay them in.
View fullsize This 1960’s Noddy toy was very delicate, even to handle. I had to fix a leg back on then suspend the toy in place without showing any sign of how it was done. A box frame was needed and I hand wrote the sub-text for a touch of vintage authenticity.

View fullsize What is this? Answer…a wasp nest! It was as light as candy floss and difficult to hold in place.

View fullsize This is a genuine section of the Hacienda dance floor. We used hazard tape to reflect the dance floor border as it once was and laid it in its own chamber.

View fullsize A valuable antique plate which my client didn't want glue touching it for obvious reasons nor wanted any outer clips to be seen holding it in place. We did it though and nobody has guessed how…..yet.
View fullsize A Bruce Springsteen signed album cover and 12 inch vinyl disc. I have unframed these before and took photos of how they were fixed in using glue and sticky pads. This only deteriorates and devalues the items without the customer knowing because it i
View fullsize A Bruce Lee signed poster and a collection of photos framed in suedette mount borders with carved out title lettering done on our Gunnar CMC machine. This is a good example of top level conservation framing as the item was of very high value. The cl
View fullsize A Bruce Lee signed US dollar encased in its own perspex holder which had to be incorporated within the frame which meant we had to line the back and sides of the case in black without using adhesives. This then had to be held into place to stop it s
View fullsize We framed this for Authentic Memorabilia who left the layout and cutting to us. We advised on UV filter glass to prevent any fading of the rare signatures. This is conservation level framing as set out by the Fine Art Trade Guild.
View fullsize A very Old Bear with the perfect frame. The photo was floated below to give an overall uncomplicated look. Anti-glare glass fitted.

View fullsize Set of beer coasters all perfectly aligned and fixed down.
View fullsize A set of masks with nothing to attach them to the backing with. But we did it. the inner mount is hand painted in gold to match the veins in the masks.
View fullsize A dinner plate for nearby restaurant La Casa signed by Sir Alex Ferguson. UV filter glass is essential to prevent fading.
View fullsize An ornamental ball mask mounted and framed, no glass required.
View fullsize A pair of tailor's shears. Quite tricky but the central hinge bolt was useful as we used it to anchor the item to the backing mount.
