A liitle gem of a picture. A watercolour purchased from the hippy market in Ibiza. Our customer left it to me to choose the mounts and frame. I actually made the border mount from taupe textured wallpaper from home that I bonded to a piece of mountb

An oil painting on panel by local artist Gary Strickland. This was a bit of challenge.In the end we hand distressed a driftwood style frame and applied layers of colour and patinating waxes. Perfect!

A large oil painting from the far east with gold foil application so stretching it had to be done properly. We then framed it with an inner neutral slip moulding and a black and gold outer frame.

These original ink drawings were quite simply framed as our customer wanted. Single blackcore mount borders and a narrow black frame. Conservation backing board and tape was used.

A mixed media commissioned piece by local artist Ben Ark. The glass is held in place between the two frames so the artwork sits back from the surface.

A very big oil painting brought to us from a customer who purchased it from Vietnam. Oils like this need cross bracing once stretched and a substantial deep frame that won’t sag or bend

This oil painting was framed with the inclusion of an off white inner ‘slip’ moulding that seperates the image colour from the outer frame, much like a mount border does on a print.

This Hulk original was created by local artist Chris Duncan using copper sheeting and patinating substances. Invisible glass makes the image seem like it is ready to burst out from the frame

A stretched canvas by artist Jane Morgan framed in a large white high gloss frame with an inner gloss laquered slip moulding for added depth.
